This is the definitive list of the best tennis podcasts, as unanimously voted by our committee of one. These are not stack-ranked, just presented in the order they occurred to us. We know there are plenty of others out there, but these are the ones we find consistently entertaining and/or informative.
Hosts: Andy Roddick (former World No. 1) and Jon Wertheim (Sports Illustrated senior writer)
Schedule: Weekly - Tuesdays (main episodes), Fridays ("5 Setter" format)
Not sure if this is the single most popular tennis podcast right now, but it's one of our favorites. Great players' perspective on things from Andy. Interesting technical details about the game. First-rate guests provide genuinely unique insight into the business of pro tennis and life as a player (e.g. Roger Federer's agent, etc...).

Schedule: Weekly
Arguably the funniest tennis show podcasting at the moment. Very entertaining stories from life on tour (e.g. the locker room sandiwch incident), which feel contemporary as the hosts have played against many of the more notable current players on tour. This is a great place to learn about what goes on at pro tennis tournaments besides the tennis. There are some less tennis-centric bits which rely totally on the entertainment value of the banter to keep your attention.

Hosts: Jody Maginley and Justin Roberts (both professional tennis players)
Schedule: Weekly
This is probably the best podcast for a view into the grind of being on tour as a non top-100 player, and how life changes when a player can crack that threshold. The financial side of pro tennis outside the top 100 can be pretty harsh, and this show does a great job illuminating that part of the sport in an entertaining way. The production value isn't as high as some other shows, but it feels very authentic and the guests always seem to appreciate being there.

Interesting perspective on life at the higher end of the WTA tour. Overall a pretty conversational vibe, kind of like you're listing to this group just hanging out and chatting.

Hosts: Rennae Stubbs (6-time Grand Slam doubles champion) and Caitlin Thompson (Racquet magazine co-founder)
Schedule: Weekly
Commentary and analysis from Rennae and Caitlin, largely about what's happening on the tours and the business and culture of the game. A nice counterpoint to the almost exclusively guys aspect of the other top podcasts. Both hosts tend to be pretty blunt with their opinions, which is entertaining. Started in 2018.
